Dean G. Sutton received his B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University in 1973. He then graduated from Rutgers – The State University – School of Law in 1979. The following is a synopsis of his various achievements, memberships and credentials:

  • Over 40 Years Experience – successfully representing several thousand clients in bankruptcy matters – his practice is limited to bankruptcy, debt negotiation, mortgage modification and real estate when related to bankruptcy
  • Board Certified by The American Bankruptcy Board of Certification – Consumer Bankruptcy Law. One of only 9 attorneys in New Jersey to be so Certified
  • Named to New Jersey Super Lawyers for 2008 and 2009. Mr. Sutton was the only attorney in New Jersey to be named in the Consumer Bankruptcy category in the 2009 issue
  • One of 3 practicing attorneys to serve on the committee to develop interim rules and forms governing the new Subchapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code (The Small Business Reorganization Act)
  • Member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys
  • Frequent lecturer on bankruptcy practice for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Professional Education Systems, N.J. Bench-Bar Conference and Local Bar Associations and various Public Interest and Non-Profit Organizations
